Karen Devine Weight Loss sessions can be individual or pairs or groups so you can come along with your partner or a groups of friends looking for a healthy approach to health and weight loss.
This programme is aimed at looking for the 'reasons' for your weight gain and helping you discover why you are on the never ending cycle of weight loss then weight gain. For some the simple maths of calories in, calories out works but for many of you reading this find that old concept simply not true for you. Of course if you sit and eat bags of crisps, choccie bars, cakes and biscuits you will mostly likely gain weight, couple that with no exercise then weight gain will most likely be the end result.
But for those of you reading this information have probably done every diet out there, felt deprived during most of it, been on extremely low calorie diets such as shakes, bars or soups, or the latest celeb diet all without real results. When I say real results I don't mean weight loss, as most diets to help you to lose weight but for many of you 'returning to normal' is out of the question as you find the weight starts to return.
Karen's approach is holistic which means she looks at the whole picture and not just the small pieces. This approach will not have you weighing or counting calories but looking at food for its simple nutritional value as well as look at the roadblocks that are preventing weight loss and fat burning.
